- I didn't shoot this! - part 2

  2. I love that first photograph - such solemn faces! And more children to come! You had lots of aunts and uncles! We kept chickens when I was young - the eggs were a great help as food was rationed during WWII. We grew very fond of them! And you and your brother and sister are great! Did you have to move around a lot when young?

    1. I had attended 8 different schools by the time I finished high school, so we moved fairly often.

  3. I'm glad your brother tilted his head otherwise it might have merged with the plane's nose cone. The little one in that first delightful photo has been distracted somewhat.
We had airforce personnel and their children stationed with us during WWII.

  4. Chickens seem very practical when you have a lot of mouths to feed, and not so much money.

Did they wake you up in the morning?
