Firstly, it is election time here in Ontario and the signs are all over the place. No preference in this photo I took on my dog walk this morning! All four major parties are represented! There is also a "None of the Above" political party but I have not seen any signs. I have heard an add on public radio. I think they exist in the UK also.
And this sign is posted in our only francophone hospital in the area. Don't quite know the meaning of the English translation! The French text points you to a parking pay station. Is this proper signage in English? I know English is not my first language but really??? "pay on foot…"

Now I think it is about time I took my computer to the hospital. I keep getting this message!! Took the photo with my iPad. One thing is for sure, my screen needs cleaning!
On my Mac Air - oh dear! |
Parking Pay Station is all that's needed. At least there is one politician it would be difficult to forget.
RépondreSupprimerI had to laugh at your first photo, it's such a common sight so often! Great photos!
RépondreSupprimerDoes Canada still have a Rhinoceros Party?
RépondreSupprimerYes, that 2nd sign is not quite right. It's not completely wrong, just awkward and redundant.
